Hi Paula,

Susan told me about your plans for your 70th birthday celebration and it sounds like a wonderful day that I would be honored to document for you! I can already visualize the great moments at your luncheon at Spanish Bay and the fun cocktail candids in the afternoon light at Tehama!

That being said, I know it’s essential that you get photos that go beyond the typical cheesy smiles and traditional poses. To make that happen, you need a photographer who can:

$1,750 Credit Towards your Printed Album


This includes 7 hours of time to document your day, as well as a credit towards preserving those memories into a printed album. Albums begin at $1,750 for a 30 page album bound in leather or cloth so while you can always add on pages or upgrades, your credit will already cover an album. Digital files with download access are always included so while you'll have some printed in your album, you'll still have access to all of the other great memories from the day.

If you’re like a lot of my clients, you don’t have a ton of extra time to meet or fill out questionnaires leading up to your event. 

As a busy professional, I get it. Which is why my process is intentional and streamlined. You’ll always know what to expect, and I’ll always collect just the information I need - without all the fluff in between. With my system, you’ll have fewer things to think about, schedule, or put on your to-do list.

Rather than interrupt your moments, rush you from here to there, and treat your day like my personal photoshoot, I respect your event for what it is - YOURS. 

I encourage you to slow down, stay present, and intentionally take it all in. And when it comes to photos, don’t focus on me - do your thing. I’ll be there to capture the laughs and emotions. The result? Incredible memories of an amazing day.

Knowing photography isn’t enough. I also have an innate understanding of high-end hospitality.

So whether it’s tidying up a space, weighing in on the timeline, or reminding you to take a breath, I show up and care for you, your loved ones, and your vendor team in a way that serves your experience. 

Through this approach, you enjoy a seamless, smooth, and wonderful event and have the incredible photos to remember it by. 

You waited long enough for your event. I don’t want to make you wait forever for your photos. You’ll have an opportunity to relive your day in beautiful detail as soon as possible - but not at the risk of poor quality. Download and printing rights are always included.
